摘要
社会环境的变化和城市化进程的加快对建筑行业提出了新的要求,在建筑企业数量不断增多的情况下,行业内的考验也越来越严峻,需要建筑企业不断优化自身的技术水平,从而让自己从众多竞争者当中脱颖而出。预制装配式建筑方式是建筑行业所衍生出的新型建筑方式,其符合节能环保和节约成本的要求。本文就预制装配式建筑设计展开研究,以某高层住宅为研究案例,先介绍预制装配式建筑的设计要点,然后分析节点设计,最后给出预制装配式建筑设计的优化建议。
The change of social environment and the acceleration of urbanization put forward new requirements for the construction industry.With the increasing number of construction enterprises,the test in the industry is becoming more and more severe.Construction enterprises need to constantly optimize their own technical level,so that they stand out from many competitors.Prefabricated building is a new type of building method derived from the construction industry,which can meet the requirements of energy saving,environmental protection and cost saving.In this paper,the design of prefabricated buildings is studied.Taking a high-rise residential building as a research case,the design points of prefabricated buildings are introduced first,then the node design is analyzed,and finally,the optimization suggestions for the architectural design of prefabricated buildings are put forward.
