摘要
数字城市是综合利用地理信息系统、遥感、遥测、全球定位系统、网络、多媒体及虚拟现实等技术,对城市的基础设施、功能机制进行自动采集、动态监测管理和辅助决策服务的技术系统。本文根据系统设计的原则,提出了系统框架设计及关键技术设计,利用C#编程语言和Skyline平台下的Terra Developer组件构建了三维数字城市系统,实现了城市三维显示、城市三维建模、量测、查询、分析、辅助城市管理等应用功能。
Digital city is a technical system for automatic collection, dynamic monitoring and management of urban infrastructure andfunctional mechanism by means of geography information system, remote sensing, telemetry, global positioning system, network, multimedia and virtual reality. Based on the principle of system design, this paper puts forward the system frame design and key technology design. The 3D language city system is constructed by using the TerraDeveloper component under skyline platform in C# programming language, and the three-dimensional display of city, 3D modeling, Query, analysis, auxiliary city management and other application functions.
