摘要
基于倾斜摄影建立的实景三维模型为基础,采用Skyline平台二次开发,建设了城市辅助规划信息系统。平台涉及规划管理的核心业务,包括阴影分析、控高分析、方案对比等模块功能,解决了制图、三维、指标、动态和互动等诸多难点。与传统方法相比,三维平台更加真实、直观,效率上有明显的提高,可推广应用于城市规划管理中。
In this paper,a city aided planning information system is built by using Skyline platform secondary development based on the 3D model of real scene established by oblique photography. The platform involves the core business of planning management,including shadow analysis,height control analysis,program comparison and other modules to solve the mapping,three-dimensional,indicators,dynamic and interactive and many other difficulties. Compared with the traditional method,the three-dimensional platform is more realistic and intuitive,the efficiency is obviously improved,can be popularized used in urban planning and management.
