摘要
现有研究对项目契约柔性内涵与状态的刻画较为模糊,相关量表对柔性要素的构成尚未形成一致的认识,且缺乏对契约过程属性的关注,限制了理论成果对实践的指导作用。基于文献评述,采用过程视角,依据对项目不确定性的可预测程度、签约及关系成本的分析,解读了项目契约柔性的内涵及柔性状态,并以访谈、专家咨询等方式开发了两维度(项目契约内容柔性和执行柔性)的测量量表。对283份数据的统计分析表明,该量表具有较好的信效度。这为进一步深化项目契约柔性前因、后果及形成等问题的研究奠定了概念与工具基础。
The description pertaining to the implications and state of project contractual flexibility in the existing research is relatively vague. There exist various understandings about contract flexible elements. To date, insufficient attention has been paid to the process attributes of contracting. All of these gaps limit the guiding role of the theoretical results in practice. Based on existing literature,this paper took the process-based method to explore the definition and status of project contractual flexibility,by analyzing the uncertainty predictability,signature cost and relationship cost. Then,combing with the results of field interviews and the knowledge of experts,this paper developed a two-dimension（i.e., project contract content flexibility and executing flexibility）scale. The statistical analysis of 283 samples shows that this scale exhibits reliability and validity. This scale may serve as a basis and tool for future studies on the antecedents,consequences and formation of contractual flexibility.
