摘要
目的研究探讨应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉在老年无痛胃镜检查中所起到的意义,以提高临床上对老年无痛胃镜检查的理想性和速度。方法选取2016年3月~2017年11月在我院接受无痛胃镜检查的96例老年患者作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。在检查前,对照组使用丙泊酚进行麻醉,观察组应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚进行麻醉,比较经两种不同麻醉方式的患者最终麻醉效果。结果经比较可见,观察组各时期的血氧饱和度均比对照组的各时期的血氧饱和度高,观察组患者丙泊酚的用量低于对照组的用量;观察组患者的麻醉诱导时间和苏醒的时间均短于对照组,观察组各时间段的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年人无痛胃镜检查中,通过应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚麻醉的方法对患者进行检查前的麻醉,不仅方法科学、麻醉诱导和苏醒的时间大大缩短,而且患者一般情况维持较好,值得在临床诊断过程中进行推广和应用。
Objective This study aimed to investigate the significance of dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia in elderly painless gastroscopy,in order to improve the idealism and speed in elderly painless gastroscopy.Methods A total of 96 cases with painless gastroscopy in our hospital from Mar.2013 to Nov.2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,48 cases in each group.Before examination,the control group was given propofol anesthesia,the observation group was given dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia,then the final anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Oxyhemoglobin saturation in the observation group at each stages were higher than those in the control group,the dosage of propofol in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;anesthesia induction time and awakening time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the observation group at each stages were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia in senile painless gastroscopy can effectively shorten the anesthesia induction time and awakening time.This method is reasonable for patients maintaining good in general condition,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical diagnosis.
