非对称双肋板与扩翼板加强型梁柱节点的滞回性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 提出了一种非对称双肋板与扩翼板加强型梁柱强轴连接节点形式,运用有限元软件ABAQUS首先对已有梁柱加强型节点试验进行模拟分析,在验证了有限元建模方法的有效性后,对对称扩翼板加强及非对称加强型节点进行滞回性能对比,并对非对称加强型节点进行系列扩展参数分析,给出了非对称加强型节点的设计方法。分析结果表明:对称扩翼板加强型节点的滞回曲线明显饱满于不对称加强型节点的,但不对称加强型节点能更好地实现梁上塑性铰外移;非对称加强型节点的延性系数均满足大于3的要求,塑性转动能力满足大于0.03 rad的要求;随着扩翼板长度d或宽度c的增加,节点的初始刚度基本不变,承载能力稍有提高;加强板长度过小会增大梁柱连接处的塑性应变发展,长度过大会限制梁上塑性铰的形成;随扩翼板宽度c增加,梁柱连接处的塑性应变幅值明显降低,梁上塑性铰形成更充分;建议肋板及扩翼板长度取0.7hb,扩翼板宽度取0.3bbf,其中hb和bf分别为钢梁截面高度和梁翼缘宽度。 The paper proposed an asymmetric reinforced beam-column connection with double ribs in the beam top flange and widened flange plates in the beam bottom flange. The finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the experimental research on reinforced connections to validate the effectiveness of the finite element methods. Hysteresis performance comparative analysis was conducted for symmetric reinforced connection with widened flange plates and asymmetric reinforced connection. The parametric analysis was then conducted for asymmetric reinforced connection,and the design methods was given. The results showed that the cyclic curves of symmetric reinforced connection were plump than that of asymmetric reinforced connections,while asymmetric reinforced connections could effectively move the plastic hinge away from the beam-column connection. The ductility factor of asymmetric reinforced connections met the requirement of more than 0. 3,and the plastic rotate capacity met the requirement of more than 0. 03 rad. With the increase of the length or width of the widened flange plates,the initial stiffness was basically unchanged,and the maximum bearing capacity increased a little. Too small reinforced plate length would increase the plastic strain in the beam-column connection region,while too large reinforced plate length would limit the plastic hinge development in the beam section.With the increase of the widened flange plate width,the plastic strain amplitudes were reduced obviously in the beamcolumn connection region,and the plastic hinge in the beam section formed fully. The parameter values of the length of rib or widened plates can be set as 0. 7 hb,the width of widened plates can be set as 0. 3 bbfwhere hband bfwas the depth and width of the beam section respectively.
