摘要
利用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立波纹钢板拱的计算模型,研究了梯形波纹钢板的厚度、波高以及水平段长度对波纹钢板拱力学性能的影响。研究表明:增加波纹钢板的厚度和波高,可以增强波纹钢板拱的承载能力;增加波纹钢板的水平段长度,结构的最大应力和最大挠度呈现先降低后增加的变化趋势,波纹钢板的水平段长度存在一个合适值。根据波纹钢板结构参数对波纹钢板拱力学性能的影响研究,提出了波纹钢板顺桥向变厚度布置和横桥向变波高布置的两种布置模式,计算表明:波纹钢板顺桥向变厚度布置可以降低结构的应力和挠度,波纹钢板横桥向变波高布置同样可以降低结构的应力和挠度,综合采用两种布置模式,可以极大程度地提高波纹钢板拱的承载能力。
Using ABAQUS finite element software, the calculation model of corrugated steel plate arches was established. The influence of the thickness,wave height and horizontal length of trapezoidal corrugated steel plate on the mechanical properties of corrugated steel plate arches was studied. The research showed that increasing the thickness and wave height of corrugated steel plate could enhance the bearing capacity of corrugated steel plate arches. Increasing the length of the horizontal section of the corrugated steel plate,the maximum stress and the maximum deflection of the structure showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing. The length of the horizontal section of corrugated steel plate had a suitable value. According to the study of the influence of the structural parameters of corrugated steel plate on the mechanical properties of corrugated steel plate arches,two layout modes of variable thickness arrangement and variable wave height arrangement of corrugated steel plate along the bridge were proposed. The calculation showed that: the variable thickness arrangement of corrugated steel plate could reduce the stress and deflection of the structure. The variable wave height arrangement of corrugated steel plate could reduce the stress and deflection of the structure. Comprehensively adopting two layout modes could greatly increase the bearing capacity of the corrugated steel plate arch.
