摘要
基于有限元分析软件对用钢量相同的折线形、梯形、正弦曲线形波纹腹板钢梁进行了弹塑性非线性分析,同时考虑了几何初始缺陷以及几何非线性和材料非线性,并综合考虑了腹板厚度、钢梁高度、波纹周期等几何参数变化对钢梁弹塑性整体稳定性能的影响。通过非线性屈曲分析,对比分析了3种波纹腹板钢梁的弹塑性整体稳定临界荷载、荷载-侧向位移曲线以及临界荷载时的钢梁上翼缘的应力分布。结果表明,用钢量相同的3种波纹腹板钢梁,折线形波纹腹板钢梁弹塑性整体稳定承载力较梯形和正弦曲线形高。
Based on the finite element analysis software, the steel beams with folded, trapezoidal and sinusoidal corrugated webs under the condition of same steel amount were analyzed by the elastoplastic non-linear analysis. Considering the effect of different geometric parameters such as web thickness, girder height , corrugation cycle and so on, the critical load of elastoplastic overall buckling, the load-deformation curves and the stress distribution of the girders with three different types of corrugated webs were compared. The results showed that the elastoplastic overall buckling capability of folded corrugated web steel beams was higher than that of others.
