摘要
随着国家开始大力发展教育事业,国内教师岗位的薪资待遇都在逐步提升,且由于教师岗位收入较为稳定,因此,很多非师范类高校大学生在毕业后,也加入教师岗位竞争,这使得师范类大学生所面临的就业压力正在逐步提高。所以,合理应用SWOT分析法,来对师范类大学生进行职业生涯规划,既可以明确未来职业发展道路,同时又可以激发大学生的主观努力,从而实现职业岗位的合理匹配。
As the country began to vigorously develop education, the salary and salary of domestic teachers are gradually increasing, and the income of teachers is relatively stable. Therefore, many non-teacher college students will also compete for teachers after graduation, which makes the employment pressure faced by normal college students gradually. Therefore, the rational application of the SWOT analysis method to the career planning of the normal college students can not only clarify the future career development path, but also stimulate the subjective efforts of the college students, thus achieving a reasonable match of professional positions.
