摘要
科学合理的职业生涯规划是师范类大学生实现其职业理想的前提和关键。当前地方性师范类大学生由于专业性质和职业目标的局限性,在职业生涯规划方面存在着诸多问题。而这些问题的原因有高校、学生、社会三方面。同时,也只有在高校、学生、社会三方面的共同努力下,才能加强地方性师范类大学生职业生涯规划教育和指导。
The scientific and rational career planning is the key prerequisite to achieve teachers college students career aspirations. Current students of local normal universities have many problems in career planning due to the limitation of career goal and specialty. The causes may come from three aspects:university,students and society.
