摘要 Notch信号通路是一种相邻细胞之间相互作用调控细胞命运的短程信号转导通路。Notch信号通路可以直接接收邻近细胞的信号,转导至细胞核,激活并调控相关转录因子,进而调控细胞的活化。作为中枢神经系统免疫防御的第一道防线,小胶质细胞是维持中枢神经系统稳态的固有免疫细胞,其活化与多种神经系统疾病有关。Notch信号通路在小胶质细胞的活化过程中发挥着重要作用,并可调控小胶质细胞释放炎症介质。 Notch signaling pathway is a short-range signal transduction pathway that regulates cell fate by the interaction between adjacent cells. It can directly receive signals from neighboring cells, transduce signals into the nucleus, activate and regulate related transcription factors, and then regulate cell activation. Microglia, the first line of defense of the central nervous system immune defense, is an innate immune cell that maintains the homeostasis of the central nervous system and its activation is associated with a variety of diseases of the nervous system. Notch signaling pathway plays an important role in the activation of microglia and can regulate the release of inflammatory mediators from microglia.
