摘要
以实际工程为例,对房屋建筑工程中的深化设计目的及设计内容进行了分析,通过案例分析,对细节做法调整、各专业冲突核对等进行讨论,减少了工序,节约施工成本,提高了施工单位的竞争力。
Taking the actual engineering as an example, thepaper analyzes the purpose and content of the deepening design of the building construction engineering. Through case analysis, the adjustment of the detail method and the conflict check of various specialties are discussed, to reduce the working procedure, save the construction cost and improve the competitive power of the construction unit.
