适用于华南地区的数据中心空调系统扩容方案研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着云计算、大数据技术的发展,我国数据中心建设进入了高速发展时期。目前,大型数据中心空调冷源多采用高压离心式冷水机组,在数据中心建设初期根据工艺机架及IT负荷需求配置冷水机组制冷量。配置的冷水机组制冷量仅能满足设计的装机负荷,如果后期机架功耗增大或机架数增多,冷水机组提供的制冷量无法满足机房制冷需求。仓储式机房一次建成后,各个机房根据业务需求分阶段逐步装机,如何根据空调随机架装机情况同步配置空调成为亟待解决的问题。通过对数据中心现有空调技术的分析对比,包括直接新风技术、间接蒸发冷却技术、空调热管技术等,最终确定使用集成式冷冻站解决冷量扩容问题。 In recent years,with the development of cloud computing and big data technology,my country’s data center construction has entered a period of rapid development.At present,high-pressure centrifugal chillers are mostly used as air-conditioning cold sources in large data centers.In the early stage of data center construction,the cooling capacity of the chillers is configured according to the requirements of process racks and IT load.The cooling capacity of the configured chiller can only meet the designed installed load.If the power consumption of the rack increases or the number of racks increases in the later stage,the cooling capacity provided by the chiller cannot meet the cooling demand of the equipment room.After the warehouse-type computer room is built at one time,each computer room is gradually installed in stages according to business needs.How to configure the air conditioner synchronously according to the random rack installation of the air conditioner has become an urgent problem to be solved.Through the analysis and comparison of the existing air-conditioning technologies in the data center,including direct fresh air technology,indirect evaporative cooling technology,air-conditioning heat pipe technology,etc.,it is finally determined to use an integrated refrigeration station to solve the problem of cooling capacity expansion.
