摘要 随着我国经济社会的快速发展,我们面临着多种应急突发事件:自然灾害、事故灾难、公共卫生、社会安全等,严重影响了经济的健康发展,对百姓的生命、财产安全也造成了严重威胁。建立预警和应急机制是保障人民生命财产安全的重要内容,预警和应急机制能够把应急信息在最短时间内发布出去。对人流量的检测是实现应急预警能力的先导,也是保障人民生命财产安全的一个重要部分,只有预先知道人的数量才能更好地应对突发事件。针对商场这样人员密集的地方,本文提出一种用双摄像头双向抓拍人脸的方法。其设计思路是首先检测出运动的物体,然后通过摄像头对人脸的抓拍并采用特征提取的方法对行人进行检测,最后统计出商场的人数。 With the rapid development of China's economy and society, we are faced with a variety of emergency emergencies: natural disasters, accidents, disasters, public health, social security, etc. Seriously affecting the healthy development of the economy, the lives of the people, property security has also posed a serious threat. Establishing early warning and emergency response mechanism is an important part of safeguarding people's lives and property, and the early warning and emergency response mechanism can release the emergency information in the shortest possible time. The detection of human flow is a precursor to the realization of emergency early warning capability, but also an important part of protecting people's lives and property, only know the number of people in advance to better respond to emergencies. In this paper, a method of two-way face capturing with two cameras is proposed for a crowded place like a shopping mall. The design idea is to detect moving objects first, then capture the face through the camera and use the method of feature extraction to detect pedestrians, and finally count the number of people in the mall.
