摘要
目的探究风险预防与控制在妇科肿瘤患者围手术期中的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年6月本院妇科接受腹腔镜手术治疗的妇科肿瘤患者95例,随机分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=47),对照组执行本院妇科常规肿瘤围手术期护理流程,观察组在常规护理基础上进行围手术期的风险预防和控制护理干预,比较分析两组患者术后腹胀、CO2潴留、皮下出血、下肢深静脉血栓的发生率、护理满意度以及护理前后SAS、SDS和生活质量评分。结果观察组患者腹胀、CO2潴留、皮下出血、下肢深静脉血栓的发生率、护理满意度以及SAS、SDS和生活质量评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强妇科肿瘤患者围手术期的风险预防和控制,能更好应对患者围手术期出现的并发症,降低患者术后腹胀、CO2潴留、皮下出血、下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,提高患者护理满意度,改善患者抑郁、焦虑负性情绪,提高患者生活质量,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of prevention and control of risk of during peri operative period in patients with gynecologic tumor. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, 95 patients with tumor were treated with gynecological treatment. The patients were randomly divided into observation group （n=48） and control group （n=47）. The control group accepted regular nursing process, the observation group accepted prevention and control risk nursing process on the basis of routine nursing process. The incidence of postoperative abdominal disten sion, subcutaneous emphysema, CO2 retention, lower limb deep vein thrombosis, nursing saris faction and SAS, SDS and Quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension, subcutaneous em physema, CO2retention, lower limb deep vein thrombosis, nursing satisfaction and SAS, SDS and Quality of life score in the observation group were better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The prevention and control of risk during perioperative period in gynecologic tumor patients can reduce the incidences of postoperative abdominal distension, subcutaneous em physema, CO2 retention, lower limb deep vein thrombosis during during perioperative, improve the satisfaction of nursing, improve the negative emotions of depression and anxiety, improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of more clinical application.
