摘要
目的研究精神分裂症患者血清泌乳素水平与性相关精神症状的相关性。方法选择本院2016年3月至2017年3月收治的57例精神分裂症患者作为研究组,另选择同一时间进行体检的57例健康者作为对照组,均进行血清泌乳素检测,观察并分析两组检查结果。结果治疗前后,研究组男、女性患者的血清泌乳素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组男、女性患者泌乳素水平较治疗前高(P<0.05);治疗前后,研究组男、女性的血清泌乳素与性相关精神症状无明显的相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者血清泌乳素水平较健康者高,与性相关精神症状无相关性。
Objective To study the correlation between serum prolactin level and sexual related mental symptoms in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 57 schizophrenic patients admitted to our hospital ftom March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research group, and 57 healthy persons who accepted physical examination at the same time were selected as the con trol group. Serum prolactin test was performed, and the results of two groups were observed and analyzed. Results Before and after treatment, the serum prolactin level in male and female pa tients in the study group were higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the level of prolactin in the male and female patients in the study group were higher than that be fore treatment （P〈0.05）. Before and after treatment, there was no significant correlation be tween serum prolactin and sexual related psychiatric symptoms in both male and female groups, and the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The levels of serum prolactin in schizophrenic patients were higher than those of the healthy ones, and there was no correlation with sexual related mental symptoms.
