摘要
信息多元背景下的高校学生工作面临着许多挑战,传统的学生管理理念在现实中遭遇诸多困境。通过在新加坡高校学生事务工作中的实践,发现其学生事务工作的特点主要表现为服务、协同合力、参与、规则框架下的学生自治等方面,显示出学生事务工作从"学生管理"到"学生治理"的演变路径。借鉴新加坡高校的管理经验,国内高校应从转变观念、多元共治、引导参与、业务下沉等环节入手,实现我国高校学生工作从"学生管理"到"学生治理"的变革。
Under the information multicultural background, managerial work of college students confronts many challenges, and the traditional idea of student management has been cornered in dilemmas. Through the analysis of college student affairs work practice in Singapore universities, and combing the characteristics of student affairs in Singapore, it is found that the managerial work of student affairs mainly focuses on the features of service, coordinated efforts, participation, student autonomy under the rule framework, all of which show the path of evolution about student affairs from student management to student governance. Reference drawn from the experience of Singapore universities is that the domestic colleges and universities should start with transformation of concepts, multiple governance, guided participation, deepening the business so to realize the change from the ＂student management＂ to ＂student governance＂.
