摘要
《农药管理条例》(以下简称《条例》),自2017年6月1日起施行,从农药登记管理、农药生产许可管理、农药经营许可管理、农药登记试验管理、农药标签和说明书管理这5大方面对原有相应的制度做了大量的修订,由此,新时期农药管理的整体框架已经清晰,也为农药行业发展指明了方向。
The Pesticide Management Regulations （hereinafter referred to as the ＂Regulations＂） shall be implemented as of June 1, 2017. The original corresponding system has been revised a lot from the five aspects of pesticide registration management, pesticide production license manage- ment, pesticide business license management, pesticide registration test management, pesticide labeling and manual management. Therefore, the overall framework of pesticide management in the new era has been clear, and it has also pointed out the direction for the development of the pesti- cide industry.
