摘要 以热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)为基体、石墨烯与碳纳米管联用的油墨(G-CNTs)为导电填料,通过静电纺丝和喷墨涂覆的技术制备出柔性G-CNTs/TPU导电高分子复合材料,研究了材料的微观结构与气体敏感响应行为,并探讨了复合材料的结构与性能的关系。结果表明,G-CNTs/TPU导电纤维膜拥有三维多孔支架结构和完善稳定的导电网络,这使复合材料的气敏行为具有高的灵敏性和优异的可回复性,复合材料在有机气体检测领域具有良好的应用前景。 The flexible G-CNTs/TPU conductive polymer composites with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) as matrix, printing ink combining graphene with carbon nanotubes (G-CNTs) as conductive filler were prepared through the technology of eleetrospinning and spraying. The microstructure and gas sensitive response behaviors of the composite were studied, and the relationship between the structure and properties of the composites was discussed. The results show that the G-CNTs/TPU conductive fibrous membrane possesses a three-dimensional porous scaffold structure and a perfect and stable conductive network, which endows the gas sensitive behavior of the composites with high sensitivity and excellent repeatability, and the composite material has good application prospect in the field of organic gas detection.
