光固化环氧丙烯酸树脂水性化及其改性研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 近年来研究者越来越多地将水性光固化树脂应用于制备涂料,水性光固化树脂能用水作为溶剂,这样就减少了传统溶剂型树脂因为稀释剂而产生的气味,同时又利用紫外光进行树脂的快速固化,节能省时,已成为非常活跃的研发领域。水性光固化环氧丙烯酸酯树脂作为光固化树脂的一种,因其诸多优异的性能成为重要的研究方向。概述了光固化环氧丙烯酸树脂的组成以及对该树脂水性化的方法,重点介绍了对水性化后的环氧丙烯酸树脂的改性方法,最后对水性光固化体系的发展进行了展望。 In recent years, researchers applied widely waterborne UV-curable resin for the preparation of coatings. Waterborne UV-curable resin utilized water as solvent, thus reducing the smell of the diluents in traditional solvent resin. At the same time, this kind of resin system could be cured rapidly under UV-light to economize energy and time. Research on waterborne UV-curable resin became an active field. At present, waterborne UV-curable epoxy acrylate resin played an important role in research on UV-curable resin due to its various excellent properties. In this work, the composition of UV-curable epoxy acrylate resin and the waterbased process of the resin were summarized. Furthermore, it focused on the modification of waterborne epoxy acrylate resins. Finally, the development of waterborne UV-curable system was prospected.
