表面机械研磨处理对镁合金AZ80组织与性能的影响

摘要 对挤压态AZ80镁合金板材进行不同时间的表面机械研磨处理,通过显微组织观察、硬度测试、低周期疲劳试验等方法,研究了不同表面机械研磨处理对AZ80镁合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明,经2、4、6min表面机械研磨处理的AZ80镁合金,从表面到芯部形成了厚度为130、t70和200μm的变形层,并有大量孪晶产生,孪晶分布密度随表面机械研磨处理时间的增加而增加。经2、4、6min表面机械研磨处理的合金表面硬度分别提高了13.9%、34.2%和35.4%。在应变0.64%的条件下,表面机械研磨2、6min的疲劳寿命分别提高了50%和90%。 The surface mechanical attrition treatment was carried out on the extruded-AZ80 magnesium alloy sheet. The effects of SMAT on microstructure and properties of AZ80 magnesium alloy were studied by means of microstructure observation, hardness testing and low cycle fatigue test. The results show that the 130,170 and 200 Ixm deformation layer is formed from the AZ80 magnesium alloy surface to the core of by 2, 4 and 6 min surface mechanical attrition treatment, and a large number of twins are produced, and the distribution density of twin crystals increases with the increase of surface mechanical attrition treatment time. The surface hardness of samples increases by 13.9%, 34.2% and 35.4% with 2, 4 and 6 min surface mechanical attrition treatment, respectively. The fatigue life of AZ80 magnesium alloy increase by 50% and 90% by 2 and 6 min surface mechanical attrition treatment.
