摘要
天然气净化装置硫磺回收单元中酸性气和液硫均使用蒸汽夹套管伴热,生产过程中出现多次液硫夹套管线泄漏,严重影响装置的平稳生产。对泄漏液硫夹套管线进行了失效分析,论述主要腐蚀原因,介绍了实践中探索总结出的较适应的修复措施,对液硫夹套管线腐蚀防护提供了借鉴意义。
The acid gas and liquid sulfur in the sulfur recovery unit of the natural gas purification unit axe all heatedwith steam jacketed tubes.During the production process, muhiple liquid sulfur trapped casing lines leak, which seriouslyaffects the smooth production of the unit.In this paper, the failure analysis of the leaking liquid sulfur clamped casing lineis carried out, the main corrosion causes axe discussed, and the more suitable repairing measures which axe explored andsummarized in practice axe introduced, which provides reference for the corrosion protection of liquid sulfur jacketed casing.
