摘要
目的:加强医用耗材管理的环节控制,解决医院医用耗材管理中存在的问题。方法:分析医院医用耗材管理的现状,根据存在的薄弱环节和典型问题,对引进、使用、库房管理、不良事件检测等关键环节采取相应控制措施。结果:采取的关键环节控制措施可以很大程度上提高医院医用耗材管理的效率,降低管理成本。结论:在医院医用耗材管理中对关键环节做好重点控制,有利于提高医用耗材的管理水平。
Objective To solve the problems existing in hospital medical consumables managenmnt, and to strengthen the link controh Methods The present situation of hospital medical consumables management was analyzed, and some measures were taken for the key links tor introduction, utilization, warhousing and adverse events detection. Results The measures increased the efficiency while decreased the cost of hospital medical consumables management. Conclusion Key links control contributes to enhancing hospital medical eonsumables management.
