摘要
目的探讨显微镜下CO_2激光与传统方法治疗声带息肉的临床价值。方法研究对象为90例声带息肉患者,研究时间为2017年4月14日—2018年5月29日,按照随机数字法分为两组,即对照组给予传统方法治疗、观察组给予显微镜下CO_2激光治疗,各45例,且对两组患者的临床总有效率、并发症发生率(呼吸困难、出血、感染)及复发率进行观察及评估。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率97.78%(44/45)高于对照组,P <0.05。观察组患者的并发症发生率4.44%(2/45)及复发率2.22%(1/45)均低于对照组,P <0.05。结论显微镜下CO_2激光治疗声带息肉具有较高的临床价值,能够在发挥显著疗效的基础上降低复发率。
Objective To explore the clinical value of CO2 laser under microscope and traditional methods in the treatment of vocal cord polyps. Methods 90 patients with vocal cord polyp were selected, and the study time was from April 14, 2017 to May 29, 2018, divided into two groups according to random number method, the control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was given a microscope CO2 laser treatment, 45 cases in each group. The clinical total efective rate of two groups of patients, incidence of complications （dyspnea, hemorrhage, infection）, and recurrence rate were observed and evaluated. Results The total clinical efficiency in the observation group was 97.78% （44/45）, higher than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. The complication rate in the observation group was 4.44% （2/45）, and the recurrence rate was 2.22% （1/45）, both lower than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion CO2 laser under microscope has high clinical value in the treatment of vocal cord polyps and can reduce recurrence rate on the basis of signifcant curative efect.
