摘要
目的:探讨喉镜下声带息肉切除术后实施自我护理的效果及对术后恢复的影响。方法:以笔者所在医院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的210例喉镜下声带息肉切除术患者作为观察对象。按照随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组105例。对照组术后行常规护理干预,研究组术后实施自我护理干预。比较两组干预前后自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分、嗓音功能恢复效果及并发症发生情况。结果:干预前两组ESCA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组ESCA评分均较治疗前升高,且研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组各项嗓音功能指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为3.81%,显著低于对照组的10.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在喉镜下声带息肉切除术后实施自我护理干预有助于提升患者自护能力,减少并发症的发生,促进嗓音功能良好恢复。
Objective:To explore the effect of self-care after vocal cord polypectomy under laryngoscope and its influence on postoperative recovery.Method:A total of 210 cases of vocal cord polypectomy under laryngoscope admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were observed.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups with 105 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention after surgery,while the study group received self-care intervention after surgery.The self-care ability scale (ESCA) score,voice function recovery effect and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Result:There was no significant difference in ESCA scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).After intervention,ESCA scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).All the voice function indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 3.81%,which was significantly lower than 10.48% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-care intervention after vocal cord polypectomy under laryngoscope is helpful to improve patients’ self-care ability,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote sound recovery of voice function.
