摘要
高职教师是高等职业教育实施的主体,关系着实现教育现代化的进程和质量。针对目前高职教师专业发展存在着职业教育理念缺乏、科研能力不足、教学技能或专业技能水平不高等问题,本文做出了原因分析,提出了促进高职教师专业发展现代化的对策:一是高职教师的内功修炼;二是做好教师专业发展的保障,以便为加快教育现代化提供理论支撑。
Higher vocational teachers are the main body of higher education implementation, which is related to the process and quality of education modernization. In view of the problems existing in the professional development of higher vocational teachers,such as lack of education concepts, insufficient capacity of scientific research, and low level of teaching skills or professional skills,this paper analyzes the causes and puts forward the countermeasures to promote the modernization of professional development of higher vocational teachers. One is to cultivate the internal skills of higher vocational teachers, and the other is to ensure the professional development of teachers so as to provide theoretical support for accelerating the modernization of education.
