摘要
建立一套科学的众创空间生态系统健康发展评价体系,有利于众创空间识别自身发展问题,有利于政府准确评价众创空间发展健康状态。在借鉴VOR理论和创业生态系统三层次评估框架的基础上,构建了由圈层和内容构成的二维众创空间生态系统健康评价指标体系,利用TOPSIS方法计算江苏162家众创空间综合健康指数,利用Theil方法计算众创空间各圈层之间的不均衡指数。结果显示:江苏众创空间生态系统健康指数分化较为严重,各圈层之间的不均衡性较强,应加强政策调整以促进众创空间生态系统的健康发展。
The establishment of a scientific evaluation system of maker space ecosystem health development is conducive to identifying the development problems of maker space,and helping the government to accurately evaluate the health condition of maker spacedevelopment. On the basis of the VOR theory and the threetier evaluation framework of the entrepreneurial ecosystem,this paper builtthe index system for the health evaluation of the twodimensional maker space ecosystem composed of the layer and the content. Thispaper calculated the comprehensive health index of 162 maker spaces in Jiangsu with TOPSIS method and calculated the inequality index between the layers of the maker spaces with Theil method. The results showed that the differentiation of the health index of Jiangsus maker space ecosystem was serious,the inequality between the layers was strong;the government should strengthen the policyadjustment to promote the healthy development of the maker spaces ecosystem.
