摘要
针对客户需求变动对VRPSDP方案造成的干扰问题,通过干扰辨识和在配送成本和服务时间方面的扰动度量,以干扰事件对原方案造成的广义总费用偏离最小为目标建立VRPSDP干扰管理模型,设计基于禁忌搜索的求解算法.算例结果显示,本文干扰管理方案显著优于新派车辆和全局重调度方案,表明该方案不仅能为物流配送企业节省资金,而且能够较好地减少对客户服务时间的偏离,保持客户的满意度.
Aiming at interference problem caused by customer demand change to VRPSDP scheme,the VRPSDP disruption management model was established by interference identification and the disturbance measurement in the distribution cost and service time on condition that general total cost deviation resulted from interference event is minimization.The solution algorithm was designed based on tabu search.Results of numerical example show that the proposed disruption management method is obviously superior to the adding new vehicle method and the global re-scheduling method,which can not only save more funds for logistics companies,but also decrease deviations of service time for customers and maintain higher customers' satisfaction.
