摘要
为揭示公路甩挂运输在中国发展缓慢的原因,明确适应公路甩挂运输发展的市场条件,构建了甩挂运输盈利的货运需求量临界值计算模型和甩挂运输利润高于常规运输的临界货运需求量计算模型,计算求解相应的货运需求量及货运路径。模型的数值计算结果揭示了适合甩挂运输的货运市场需求形态:第一,甩挂运输盈利所需货运量比传统运输盈利的货运量更大;第二,货运需求必须集中在少数的公路运输走廊上,且各运输走廊的双向货运需求基本均衡。通过与现实中的货运市场需求形态的比较证明,当前中国的公路货运市场并不适合大力发展甩挂运输。研究进一步表明在推进甩挂运输时,在市场需求形态适合的地区进行试点才能借助市场的力量使试点获得成功,进而以试点地区为样本推进公路甩挂运输。
Mathematical models were built to reveal the reasons for the slow growth of highway drop-and-pull transportation in China and clarify the market condition suitable for developing such transportation.These models calculated the critical freight demand that could make drop-and-pull transport profitable and the critical freight demand at which the profit of drop-and-pull transportation was higher than that of traditional truck transportation.The results of the mathematical model illustrate the freight demand pattern suitable for highway drop-and-pull transport.First,highway dropand-pull transport need more freight demand in market than traditional truck transportation.Second,the freight demand must be concentrated in a small number of highway corridors,and the two-way freight demands for a corridor should be approximately balanced.By considering the actual freight demand pattern,it is proved that the current highway freight market in China is not suitable for vigorously developing highway drop-and-pull transport.The study further shows that the pilot areas should be carefully selected when promoting highway drop-and-pull transport.The pilot implementation can be made successful with the help of market power only when the implementation is performed in an area where the market demand pattern is suitable.Highway drop-and-pull transport can be developed further only if such pilot implementations are successful.
