一种复合中草药对草鱼非特异性免疫功能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为研究一种复合中草药对鱼体非特异性免疫功能的影响,本文采用单因子浓度梯度法,在基础饲料中分别添加0.05%、0.10%、0.20%的复合中草药,以空白饲料组为对照,试验组和对照组各设3个平行,每个平行为30尾草鱼。通过测定血液白细胞吞噬活性、血清和组织溶菌酶(Lysozyme,LSZ)活力、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismatase,SOD),评价草鱼非特异性免疫功能。结果:实验组草鱼白细胞吞噬能力极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),0.10%组白细胞吞噬能力显著高于0.05%组(P<0.05)、与0.20%组无显著差异(P>0.05)。0.05%组、0.10%组和0.20%组的血清LSZ活力分别比对照组提高18.63%、28.60%和21.96%(P<0.01)。0.10%组肝胰脏的LSZ活力极显著高于0.05%组和对照组(P<0.01),0.20%组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3个试验组鳃LSZ活力均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。复合中草药对血清和肝胰脏的SOD活力无显著影响。但对草鱼鳃SOD活力有显著影响,0.10%组和0.20%组鳃SOD活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复合中草药可通过提高白细胞吞噬能力、提高组织溶菌酶(LSZ)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性来增强草鱼的非特异性免疫功能,中草药为无抗生态养殖提供了新的思路选择。 In order to study the influence of a compound Chinese herbal medicine on the nonspecific immune function ofCtenopharyngodon idellus, experiments were conducted using single factor concentration gradient method. 0.05%, 0.10%and 0.20% of compound Chinese herbal medicine were added to the basic feed. The blank feed group was taken as thecontrol group, and 3 parallel groups were set for each group, with 30 tails grass carp in each group. The nonspecific immunefunction of grass carp was evaluated by measuring the phagocytic activity of blood leukocytes, the activity of serum andtissue lysozyme (Lysozyme, LSZ) and superoxide dismutase SOD). Results: The phagocytic ability of grass carp leukocytesin the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.01), the phagocytosis of leukocytes in0.10% group was significantly higher than that in 0.05% group (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference between0.20% group (P〉0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum LSZ activity in group 0.05%, 0.10% and 0.20%increased by 18.63%, 28.60% and 21.96% (P〈0.01) respectively. LSZ activity of liver pancreas in 0.10% group wassignificantly higher than that in 0.05% group and control group (P〈0.01), and that in the 0.20% group was significantlyhigher than that in the control group (P〈0.05), the activity of gill LSZ in 3 experimental groups was significantly higher thanthat of control group (P〈0.01). There was no significant effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine on SOD activity ofserum and liver pancreas. However, the SOD activity of gill in 0.10% and 0.20% group was significantly higher than that inthe control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Compound Chinese herbal medicine can enhance the nonspecific immune functionof grass carp by increasing the phagocytic ability of leukocytes and the activities of tissue lysozyme (LSZ) and superoxidedismutase (SOD).
