摘要
目的探讨解脲支原体(UU)感染不孕患者抗精子抗体(As Ab)、抗子宫内膜抗体(AEMAb)阳性率及其与宫颈黏液炎症因子水平的关系。方法选取226例UU感染不孕妇女为观察组,同期非支原体感染的165例不孕妇女为对照组,比较两组患者血清As Ab及AEMAb阳性率、宫颈黏液肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及干扰素γ(IFN-γ)水平,分析UU感染不孕患者血清As Ab及AEMAb阳性率与宫颈黏液TNF-α及IFN-γ水平的相关性。结果观察组血清As Ab及AEMAb阳性率、宫颈黏液TNF-α及IFN-γ水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。UU感染不孕患者血清As Ab、AEMAb阳性均与TNF-α、IFN-γ水平具有相关性(均P<0.05)。结论 UU感染不孕妇女血清As Ab及AEMAb阳性率高,可能与生殖道局部的免疫激活有关,其与炎症因子的协同作用或是导致不孕发生的重要环节。
Objective To explore the positive rates of anti-sperm antibody( As Ab) and anti-endometrium antibody( AEMAb) and their relation with inflammatory factor levels of cervical mucus in the infertile patients with Ureaplasma urealyticum( UU) infection.Methods A total of 226 infertile women with UU infection were enrolled as observation group,and 165 infertile women without UU infection as control group. The positive rates of serum As Ab and AEMAb and the tumor necrosis factor( TNF)-α and interferon( IFN)-γ levels of cervical mucus were compared between the two groups. The correlation of the positive rates of serum As Ab and AEMAb with the TNF-αand IFN-γ levels of cervical mucus was analyzed in the infertile patients with UU infection. Results The positive rates of serum As Ab and AEMAb and the TNF-α and IFN-γ levels of cervical mucus were higher in the observation compared to the controls( all P〈0. 05). In the infertile patients with UU infection,the positive rates of serum As Ab and AEMAb positively correlated with the TNF-α and IFN-γ levels of cervical mucus( all P〈0. 05). Conclusion The positive rates of serum As Ab and AEMAb are high in the infertile women with UU infection,which probably correlates with immune activation of local genital tract. The synergy of UU infection and inflammatory factors may play an important role in the incidence of infertility.
