摘要
发电机的一次调频功能是大功率故障扰动下维护电网频率稳定、正常负荷波动下防止电网频率大幅波动的重要手段,合理的一次调频性能评价方法能够有效提高并网发电厂参与一次调频的积极性,充分发挥机组的一次调频能力。阐述了目前发电机的一次调频指标评价和性能考核的现状,在分析了并网发电机组一次调频动作原理和响应过程的基础上,归纳总结了能够体现一次调频能力的重要指标和几种常见的一次调频性能考核方法。同时,还指出了机组自动发电控制(AGC)动作给一次调频性能评价带来的挑战,展望了未来的研究重点与可能突破的方向。
The primary frequency modulation function of the unit is an important means to prevent large frequency fluctuations of the grid and maintain the stability of the frequency. A reasonable evaluation method of primary frequency modulation helps to increase the enthusiasm of the grid-connected generator to participate in primary frequency modulation and give full play to the primary frequency modulation capability of the unit.The present research status of the index evaluation and performance assessment of primary frequency modulation of the unit was expounded. On the basis of analyzing the operation principle and response process of primary frequency modulation of grid-connected generator, the paper summarized the important indexes of primary frequency modulation and several common methods of performance assessment of primary frequency modulation. At the same time, the paper also points out the challenges that the automatic generation control brings to the performance evaluation of primary frequency modulation, and looks forward to the future research focus and possible breakthrough.
