摘要
针对目前上海电网AGC方式下直接监测机组一次调频性能误差太大的问题,开发了新的一次调频测试功能。该功能设计和研究了模拟电网扰动时频率变化的仿真模型,提高了进行发电机组一次调频性能测试的合理性和正确性,达到了测试发电机组真实的、电网需要的一次调频性能的目的。同时,通过PMU系统实现了远程一次调频在线测试功能,使得调度侧对发电机组进行一次调频性能评价更正确。
The direct monitor over generator primary frequency regulation performance under AGC mode has led to huge errors in Shanghai power grid ; therefore, this paper develops a new primary frequency regulation testing func- tion. Based on the design and research of the simulation model for the frequency change due to grid disturbance, this function can improve the rationality and correctness of the generator's primary frequency regulation testing, capable of testing the generator's real primary frequency regulation performance required by power grid. Meanwhile, it realizes the remote on-line testing function for generator primary frequency regulation performance through the PMU system, making the dispatching-side evaluation of generator primary frequency regulation performance more accurate.
