摘要
介绍了物流生态圈的内涵与常见类型,分析了我国中小物流企业融入物流生态圈存在的问题,进而提出了相应解决对策,包括:转变思维方式、找准企业定位、练好内功、培育企业文化、增强企业凝聚力等,为中小物流企业的可持续发展提供参考。
This paper introduces the connotation and common types of the logistics ecological circle, analyzes the problems existing in the integration of the small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises into the circle, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,including changing the pattern of thinking, finding out the enterprise＇s position, practicing internal skills, cultivating enterprise culture,enhancing enterprise cohesion and so on.
