摘要
以某公司铅冶炼项目工程设计为实例,着重介绍了"富氧侧吹氧化熔炼—富氧侧吹还原熔炼"生产工艺,并对富氧侧吹氧化炉出口烟气的特性进行了分析归纳,同时对其烟气净化除尘工艺的设计、设备选型、生产运行状况等进行了阐述和总结.
Based on a company's design for a lead smelting project, this paper emphatically introduced the production process of " oxygen-rich side-blowing oxidation smelting- oxygen-rich side-blowing reduction smelting". The characteristics of flue gas in the oxygen-rich side-blowing furnace were analyzed. Moreover, its design, equipment selection and production and operation status of dust purification of flue gas process were described and summarized.
