摘要
针对铜冶炼电收尘器的烟灰,在收集、运输、储存过程中存在泄漏、泼洒造成环境污染及有价金属流失的问题,对原有流程进行改进,采用密闭刮板机、带水套的管式无轴螺旋输送机对烟灰进行输送,用粉状物料吨袋包装机进行包装,实现了全密闭操作,彻底解决了铜冶炼电收尘烟灰高温、飞扬、泄漏、泼洒等污染问题,极大改善了现场环境。
The flue dust from electric dust collector of copper smelting process has the problems like leakage,splashing in the process of collecting,transportation and storage,which can cause environmental pollution and valuable metals loss,so the flue dust transportation process had been improved by adoption of airtight scraper,tubular shaftless screw conveyor with water jacket,the ton bag packaging machine for powder material is adopted,therefore it is realized fully closed operation,the problems(high temperature,flying dust,leakage,splashing and the other pollution problems)of the flue dust from electric dust collector of copper smelting process were solved completely,the environment of working site was improved greatly.
