摘要
目的:对比洛哌丁胺、硫糖铝和限水法制作便秘大鼠模型的效果。方法:分别以洛哌丁胺、硫糖铝和限水法诱导建立便秘大鼠模型,测定大鼠大便物理性质变化,镜下观察远端结肠组织,免疫组化观察Cajal间质细胞和VIP神经纤维分布。结果:洛哌丁胺、硫糖铝和限水法相比,大便质量、粒数显著减少且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结肠组织c-kit阳性细胞减少、VIP阳性神经纤维显著增多(P<0.05)。结论:洛哌丁胺、硫糖铝制作大鼠便秘模型的效果明显优于限水法。
Objective： To study the effect of Ioperidine, aluminum sulfate and water -limiting method. Methods： Ioperamide, sucralfate and limit water induced constipation in the rat model, de- termination of rat shit physical properties change and HE staining to observe the distal colon tissue, immunohistochemical observation Cajal interstitial cells and VIP nerve fiber distribution. Results： the difference between Ioperamide, sulfide and water restriction was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The decrease of c-kit positive cells and the significant increase of VIP positive nerve fibers（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the constipation model of Ioperamide and sulfide is better than the water limit method.
