摘要 针对高黎贡山隧道项目,研制了适合导洞法施工的φ5 m硬岩掘进机。该机配置了大功率密度刀盘,实现了小转弯半径,采用了具有摩擦传动技术的钢拱梁拼装机和自主研发的高功率密度行星齿轮减速器,首次在小直径掘进机中运用了连续带式出渣,对后配套辅料的无轨运输技术进行了探索,并成功应用于某引水工程隧道施工。 φ 5 m hard rock tunnel boring machine(TBM) suitable for pilot heading construction was developed aiming at tunnel project in Gaoligong Mountain. The TBM was equipped with large-power density cutterhead, so as to realize small steering diameter. It was also equipped with steel arch-beam assembling machine characterized by friction drive technology and self-developed large-power density planetary gear reducer. In addition, continuous belt dregs discharge was applied to small-diameter TBM in the project, and trackless transportation technology for following matching material was studied and successfully applied to the tunnel construction of a certain water diversion project.
