摘要
42CrMoA螺栓套在调质热处理中出现开裂现象。为找出开裂原因,对螺栓套的化学成分、硬度、非金属夹杂物、断口微观形貌、金相组织进行检验分析。结果表明:工件化学成分不符合国家标准要求,S元素超标;该工件内部存在严重金属氧化物及硫化物夹杂,热处理淬火时沿着夹杂物尖端引起开裂;金相组织为细小均匀且保持马氏体方位的回火索氏体,纵截面存在明显的带状组织。建议严格控制42CrMoA非金属夹杂物及热处理淬火加热温度和保温时间;同时,也为42CrMoA钢的调质工艺参数的优化提供了参考性建议。
Cracking phenomenon of 42CrMoA bolt sleeve in quenching and tempering heat treatment occurs. In order to find out the cause of cracking, the chemical composition, hardness, non-metallic inclusions, fracture morphology and microstructure were analyzed. The results show that the chemical composition of the workpiece does not meet the national standard requirements, S element exceeds the standard; the workpiece has serious internal metal oxide and sulfide inclusions,and it is easy to crack along the tip of inclusions during quenching heat treatment; the microstructure is fine, uniform tempered sorbite with martensite orientation, there are obvious banded structure in longitudinal section. It is suggested to strictly control the 42CrMoA non-metallic inclusions and quenching temperature and holding time. Meanwhile, it provides reference for optimizing the process parameters of 42CrMoA steel.
