新复方过氧化氢消毒液对医疗器械消毒性能研究 被引量:4

Study on the properties of a novel compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant for medical equipment

摘要 目的研究新复方过氧化氢消毒液对医疗器械消毒相关性能。方法通过医疗器械模拟现场消毒试验,对该新复方过氧化氢消毒液医疗器械实际消毒效果和连续使用稳定性进行观察,同时通过加速试验观察原液稳定性,并进行金属腐蚀性试验。结果含过氧化氢59.4 g/L的该新复方过氧化氢消毒液浸泡作用5 min,对污染在医疗器械上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值>5.0;浸泡作用15 min,对污染在医疗器械上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达到完全杀灭。该新复方过氧化氢消毒液对医疗器械连续浸泡使用14 d后,作用10 min对医疗器械上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值为3.54。该消毒液密封包装37℃储存3个月,过氧化氢含量下降率<10%。结论该新复方过氧化氢消毒液性能较稳定,可用于医疗器械高水平消毒。 Objective To observe the properties of a new compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant for medical equipment. Methods The simulated field test was used to observe the killing efficacy and continuous stability of the disinfectant on medical equipment,and the stability of the disinfectant was observed by the accelerated test,and the corrosivity was tested simultaneously. Results The effects of medical equipment simulated field tests were both qualified by using disinfectant containing 59. 4 g/L hydrogen peroxide within 5 min for disinfection and within 15 min for sterilization. The average killing logarithm value of this disinfectant after 14 days continuous use was 3. 54 for 10 min on Bacillus subtilis var. niger. The declining rate of hydrogen peroxide content were less than 10% after the disinfectant stored at 37 ℃ for 3 months.Conclusion The performance of the new hydrogen peroxide is stable,which can be used for high-level disinfection and sterilization of medical equipment.
