摘要
目的研究一种智能型过氧化氢汽化灭菌消毒机的相关性能,为实际应用提供科学数据。方法采用载体定性杀菌试验方法,对该过氧化氢汽化消毒机模拟现场消毒效果及其影响因素进行观察。结果在喷液量为4 ml/m^3条件下,喷雾后作用60 min,室内各位置染菌布片上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢和嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢均无菌生长。研究发现,不同喷液量、不同作用时间和不同大小的房间对杀菌效果有影响;固定式喷雾会影响距离喷雾点较远或隐蔽处杀菌效果,嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢较枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢更容易杀灭。结论智能型过氧化氢汽化消毒机通过智能化操作可达到较好的消毒效果,选择最佳操作参数可更好地保证消毒效果。
Objective To study the germicidal characteristics of an intelligent hydrogen peroxide sterilization machine,provide scientific data for practical usage.Methods The carrier qualitative germicidal test was used to observe the sterilization effect and influencing factors of simulated examination in application.Results The spores of Bacillus subtilis variant niger and Bacillus stearothermophilus on the cloth carrier exposed to 4 ml/m^3 hydrogen peroxide vapor generated by the device for 60 mins achieved sterile survival.It showed that the sterilization effect was influenced by the sterilization dosage,function time,room volume.When working machine was immoveable,the sterilization effect of further location and concealed location were not vert well.Bacillus stearothermophilus spores were easier to be killed than Bacillus subtilis variant niger spores at the test condition.Conclusion The intelligent hydrogen peroxide sterilization machine has good killing efficacy by intelligent operation and we can select the best operating parameters to ensure the sterilization effect.
