摘要
目的从文献计量学角度分析国内外与丙氨瑞林相关的文献资料,了解丙氨瑞林的研究进展和现状,促进临床合理用药。方法在PubMed、Web of Science、EMBase、万方、维普以及中国知网数据库中检索从建库至2018年3月有关丙氨瑞林的文献,用End Note X7.0软件对文献进行去重、分类整理分析。结果共纳入外文文献26篇,中文文献184篇,首篇文献发表于1996年,随后总体呈现波动性逐年上升的趋势。文献类型以基础研究论著为主(共162篇,占77.1%),单篇文章被引频次最高为63次。结论目前对丙氨瑞林的研究主要为基础研究,集中于动物实验。在分析方法、临床应用及药效学/药代动力学方面甚少,今后可着重开展相关方面的研究。
Objective To analyze the literature related to alarelin in China and abroad by bibliometric analysis. To understand the research progress of alarelinand,providing references for its safe and rational medication. Methods PubMed,EMBase,Web of Science,Wanfang,VIP and CNKI database were searched to collect all related literature from beginning to March,2018. Endnote X7. 0 was used to sort out and summarize. Results A total of 26 foreign literature and 184 Chinese literature were included. The first literature was published in 1996,then presenting a trendency of rising year by year as a whole. The main type was basic research（ a total of 162,accounting for 77. 1%）. Among them,the article most cited frequency was up to 63 times. Conclusion At present,the research on alarelin is mainly basic research,concentrating on animal experiments. There are few pharmaceutical analysis,clinical applications and pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics studies,in whichsome relevant research might be carried out in the future.
