摘要 通过方波伏安电化学沉积法完成Cu_2O/TNAs纳米管管异质结的制备。利用电子显微镜、X射线、紫外照射等方法对样品进行表征,对其形态、主要元素构成、晶型特征和光学特性进行研究。通过光电化学降解布洛芬同时产氢气的实验,研究Cu_2O与TiO_2纳米管异质结的光催化活性机理。实验结果证明所制备的Cu_2O与TiO_2异质结电极具有良好的光电化学性能,并对光催化机理进行分析。 The Cu_2O/TNAs nanotube heterojunction was prepared by square wave voltammetric electrochemical deposition. The samples were characterized by electron microscope, X ray and UV irradiation. The morphology, main elements, crystal and optical properties of the samples were studied. The photocatalytic activity of Cu_2O and TiO_2 nanotube heterojunction was investigated by photoelectrochemical degradation of ibuprofen. The experimental results showed that the prepared Cu_2O and TiO_2 heterojunction electrodes had good photoelectrochemical properties. At last, its photocatalytic mechanism was also analyzed.
