摘要
采用旋转圆柱电极冲刷腐蚀装置并辅以电化学工作站,结合失重法和电化学测试方法研究了NaCl含量和沙粒粒径对N80钢在含沙、含Cl^-液固两相流溶液中的冲刷腐蚀影响规律。结果表明:Cl^-在N80钢的冲刷腐蚀过程中发挥了至关重要的作用,在不含NaCl的情况下,试样的腐蚀失重极小;当NaCl质量分数为3.5%时,试样的腐蚀速率最大。N80钢的冲刷腐蚀临界粒径为0.125~0.21mm。
The effect laws of NaCl content and sand particle size on the erosion corrosion of N80 steel in sandy and liquid-solid two-phase flow solutions were studied by a rotating cylindrical electrode scouring apparatus and an electrochemical workstation combined with weight loss method and electrochemical test method.The results showed that Cl^- played a crucial role in the erosion corrosion process of N80 steel,in the absence of NaCl,the corrosion loss of the sample was very small;when the NaCl mass fraction was 3.5%,the corrosion rate of the sample was the largest.The critical particle size of N80 steel for scouring corrosion was 0.125-0.21 mm.
