摘要
用料浆罐式冲刷腐蚀实验机以不同的冲刷速度和冲刷角度对国内常用的抽油泵球阀材料GCr15和Z2r13进行了冲刷腐蚀规律的实验研究。结果表明,在相同条件下,2Cr13的冲刷腐蚀失重小于GCr15;两种材料的冲刷腐蚀失重不仅均随冲刷速度的加快而增加,而且均随冲刷角度的增大而增加。从抗冲刷腐蚀角度讲,锥阀结构比球阀结构更优越。
By using the slurry tank type erosion testing machine, an investigation into the regularity of erosion on GCr15 and 2Cr13 steels at various scouring angles and velocities is conducted. The result shows that,under the same conditions, the weight loss of 2Cr13 resulting for erosion is less than that of GCr15, and the weight loss of both of them increases with the increase of the scouring velocity and scouring angle. In the view of anti-erosion, the cone valve is preferable to the ball valve.
