摘要
校园欺凌是青少年同辈群体关系失序的表现。导致校园欺凌的原因很多,其中欺凌者的道德缺失是不容忽视的一个致因。欺凌者通常持有与社会规范相悖的价值观,是非观念淡薄,情感冷漠。友爱是重要的人际交往伦理,它以善意为起点,以共同生活为路径,以平等为基本原则,内含了人的是非观、他者意识和包容品质。这对于防治校园欺凌具有积极的作用。因此,加强教育世界中友爱伦理的培育,应该成为防治校园欺凌的重要德育对策。
School bullying is a performance of the disorder of peer relationship between teenagers.There are several reasons.Bully＇s deficiency of morality is one of reasons which cannot be ignored.Generally,Bullies hold values that are contrary to social norms,lack of concepts of right and wrong,are indifferent towards feelings.Friendship is one of the important ethics of interpersonal communication,which starts with kindness,bases on common life and regards equality as the basic principle.It means that friendship contains basic concepts of right and wrong,consciousness of others and the quality of tolerance.So,friendship has a positive effect on preventing and controlling school bullying.In order to prevent school bullying,it should be an important moral education strategy to cultivate friendship in education world.
