摘要
科研和教学是高校教师必不可少的两项工作,单一依靠教学评价高校教师已经不能适应现代高校的发展要求。如何处理好科研与教学之间关系,已成为高校教师面临的棘手问题。将科研融入教学,让两者成为一个有机整体,是处理好两者关系的一个有效途径。
Scientific research and teaching are two indispensable tasks for university teachers.Relying solely onteaching evaluation,university teachers can no longer adapt to the development requirements of modern universities.How to deal with the relationship between scientific research and teaching has becomea difficult problem for collegeteachers.Integrating scientific research into teaching and making both of them an organic whole is an effective way todeal with the relationship.
