摘要
高校企业导师制是一种重要的校企合作育人模式,本文主要通过企业导师的选聘方案、工作职责、运营管理制度探讨了这种模式在大学生职业生涯教育中的实践应用,同时分析了高校企业导师制在大学生职业意识启发、职业道德与素养培养、职业规划能力提升方面的作用。
College enterprise tutorial system is an important educational model of school enterprise cooperation.This paper mainly discusses the practice and application of this mode in college students＇ career education through the selection plan,job responsibilities and operation management system of enterprise mentors,and analyzes the role of the college enterprise tutorial system in the enlightenment of college students＇ professional consciousness,the training of professional ethics and accomplishment,and the promotion of professional planning ability.
