摘要
提高助产士职业能力是保障母婴健康的重要手段,近年来助产士职业能力建设得到世界各国关注。该文通过文献综述,介绍我国助产专业起源及发展概况;根据广州、北京、浙江、江苏、陕西、山东、河南、山西等省市对职业岗位能力需求及助产士核心胜任力的调查结果,综述了医疗机构对助产士职业能力的需求以及助产士职业能力现状;最后对从中得到的启示及为了应研究的方向进行了阐述。
Improving the vocational ability of midwives is an important means to ensure maternal and child health. In recent years, the professional ability of midwives has attracted the attention of all countries in the world. This artide throughliterature review, we introduce the origin and development of China＇s midwifery profession; based on the survey results ofvocational and postural capacity and the core competence of midwives in Guangzhou, Beijing, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shaanxi,Shandong, Henan, Shanxi and other provinces and cities, the medical institution＇s demand for the midwife＇s professionalability and the status of the midwife＇s professional ability; finally, the enlightenment from it and the direction of theresearch should be elaborated.
