摘要
目的分析契约式教学在实习护生临床带教工作中的应用价值。方法将2018年1—6月于该院实习的72名护生作为调查对象,随机编号法纳入实验组与常规组(n=36)。常规组应用常规临床带教方法,实验组应用契约式临床带教方法,比较临床带教的效果。结果临床带教前评分无显著区别,带教后实验组学生的理论检测评分与实践操作评分明显提升,与常规组护生数值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组护生的临床带教满意率为83.33%,实验组护生的临床带教满意率为97.22%(P<0.05)。结论契约式教学能够提升实习护生学习满意率,保证临床带教工作的质量。
Objective To analyze the application value of contract teaching in the clinical teaching work of practical student nurses. Methods 72 cases of student nurses in our hospital from January to June 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the routine group used the routine clinical teaching method, while the experimental group used the contract clinical teaching method, and the clinical teaching effect was compared between the two groups. Results There was no obvious difference in the scores before the clinical teaching, and the theoretical test score and practical operation scores of students in the experimental group after teaching were obviously improved, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the satisfactory rate of clinical teaching in the routine group and in the experimental group was respectively 83.33% and 97.22% (P〈0.05). Conclusion The contract teaching can improve the satisfactory rate of practical nurses and ensure the clinical teaching work quality.
